Making Real-Time Asset Integrity Enforceable With Newton VaultKit

Digital assets change faster than traditional review cycles.

A stablecoin can move out of tolerance, liquidity can thin, and new onchain activity can change the risk profile of an asset before a team has time to manually review it. For vaults and onchain financial products, that creates a clear problem: policy decisions need access to live information before exposure is created.

That is why we are excited to partner with Newton as part of the VaultKit launch.

VaultKit gives developers and vault curators a way to define rules that can be evaluated before an onchain action settles. Instead of embedding complex risk or compliance logic directly into a smart contract, teams can use VaultKit to evaluate external data and enforce the result onchain.

Webacy brings real-time asset integrity and onchain risk intelligence into that policy layer.

Through the integration, Webacy signals can help VaultKit policies evaluate whether an asset, exposure, or transaction remains within defined risk parameters as conditions change. The result is a more adaptive policy framework, where decisions can reflect live market and onchain conditions rather than static assumptions.

The first Webacy capability available through VaultKit focuses on stablecoin asset integrity through Webacy’s Stablecoin Depeg Monitor.

This allows developers to create policies that assess whether a stablecoin remains suitable before a vault or application accepts additional exposure. Initial checks can evaluate conditions such as:

  • Whether a token has structurally collapsed
  • Whether a token has recently experienced repeated depeg events
  • Whether a token has remained below peg for an extended period
  • Whether current peg deviation has moved outside an acceptable range

These checks are designed to be simple to understand and useful inside policy logic. A vault can define the conditions it is willing to accept, evaluate live Webacy data, and restrict activity when a stablecoin no longer meets that standard.

That is the important part of this integration. Webacy’s intelligence is not just being displayed in a dashboard or reviewed after the fact. It can be used before a transaction settles, at the point where a policy decision is made.

As Maika Isogawa, our CEO, said:

“Digital assets are dynamic by nature. Risk changes by the minute as markets move, liquidity evolves, and new information emerges. We're excited to partner with Newton to help make real-time asset integrity a core building block of onchain finance, enabling policies that can adapt to changing conditions and make better decisions before transactions settle. This is the foundation for a safer, more intelligent financial system built for the way digital assets actually work.”

Stablecoin depeg monitoring is the first Webacy capability being brought into VaultKit, but the broader opportunity extends across assets, exposures, counterparties, wallets, contracts, and transactions. As the integration expands, Webacy’s intelligence layer can support more policy decisions across the onchain financial stack.

For developers and vault curators, this creates a stronger foundation for building financial products that can adapt to changing conditions. Asset integrity does not need to sit outside the system as a separate report. It can become part of the infrastructure that determines what actions are allowed before they happen.

Newton makes policies enforceable. Webacy provides the live intelligence those policies can evaluate.

Together, we are helping bring real-time asset integrity into the core workflow of onchain finance.
