We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner directly with our engineering, research, and executive teams to transform deep blockchain expertise into high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing technical programs or products
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Experience translating engineering concepts for non-technical audiences

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory, technical, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate engineers, researchers, designers, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders to translate technical expertise into high-quality, regulator-ready deliverables.
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and documentation repositories while facilitating technical reviews and stakeholder working sessions.
- Partner with blockchain, stablecoin, compliance, and regulatory experts to develop supervisory frameworks, examination guides, risk assessment methodologies, bank examiner training materials, technical implementation guides, standard operating procedures, technical whitepapers, case studies, regulatory responses, and executive briefings.
- Produce and maintain legal-grade documentation, including technical specifications, system architecture documents, process flows, examination questions, evaluation criteria, risk matrices, control frameworks, regulatory mappings, and policy recommendations.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, well-structured, and suitable for executive, regulatory, and technical audiences, maintaining a consistent standard of quality across project outputs.
- Identify blockers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively drive projects to successful completion while communicating progress and risks to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with one or more of: Blockchain, stablecoins, payments, banking, financial regulation, cybersecurity, digital identity, compliance, risk management.
