The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a team defining how risk is understood in on-chain finance. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how Webacy’s products are positioned, packaged, and brought to market for institutional customers. You’ll translate complex risk models, data systems, and infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with banks, asset managers, exchanges, and stablecoin issuers.
This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy. You will work closely with leadership, product, and BD to shape messaging, launch new offerings, and drive adoption of Webacy’s Digital Asset Ratings and risk intelligence platform.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing roles
- Strong background in B2B or institutional marketing (fintech, SaaS, security, or financial services preferred)
- Experience marketing complex technical products (APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, or analytics tools)
- Familiarity with digital assets, crypto markets, or financial systems
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and product narratives that drive adoption
- Strong writing and communication skills across formats (decks, one-pagers, blogs, sales materials)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong ownership
Key Responsibilities
- Own and refine Webacy’s core positioning and messaging, especially around Digital Asset Ratings
- Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for institutional audiences
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features
- Create high-quality sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards)
- Partner with BD and leadership to support enterprise sales and partnerships
- Shape and execute content strategy across blog, LinkedIn, research, and announcements
- Work closely with product and research teams to turn technical outputs into market-facing insights
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy
- Help define target segments, ICPs, and use cases across stablecoins, vaults, and on-chain finance
- Drive consistency across all external communication and brand narrative
Bonus
- Experience at companies like Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or in fintech/security SaaS
- Background in capital markets, asset management, or financial infrastructure
- Experience marketing risk, compliance, or analytics products
- Strong POV on crypto market structure and institutional adoption
- Early-stage startup experience
